Using Your Teammate
Learn what questions to ask your AI teammate and how to get the best results.
Your AI teammate can answer questions based on two sources: knowledge bases (documents you've uploaded) and system access (live data from connected external systems).
What your teammate can answer depends on what's been configured. If you're unsure, ask your administrator which knowledge bases and integrations are enabled.

Knowledge Base Questions
If your teammate has access to uploaded documents (e.g., HR policies, product guides, FAQs), try questions like:
- "What is our PTO policy?"
- "How do I submit an expense report?"
- "What insurance plans do we offer?"
- "Walk me through the onboarding process for new hires"
- "What are the office hours for our downtown location?"
System Access Questions (Beta)
If your teammate has System Access enabled, you can query live practice management data:
- "Does John Smith have an appointment this week?"
- "What are the available slots for Dr. Lee on Thursday?"
- "Look up the insurance on file for Jane Doe"
- "How many appointments do we have scheduled for tomorrow?"
- "What procedures were done for patient Michael Chen?"
Beta Notice: Direct system (PMS) access is currently in beta and may occasionally return incomplete or inaccurate results. Always verify critical information — such as patient records, scheduling, and billing — against your practice management system before taking action.
Tips for Better Answers

What Your Teammate Cannot Do
