Connect a Channel
Deploy your AI teammate to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp.
AI Teammates operate inside your existing communication channels. After creating a teammate and configuring its knowledge bases, connect it to one or more channels so your team can interact with it.
Supported Platforms
Ventus supports three communication platforms:

| Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Teams Integration | Install the Ventus Prime bot and connect your Teams tenant |
| WhatsApp Integration | Message the Ventus Prime WhatsApp number and link your account |
For Slack and Microsoft Teams, an administrator connects the platform at the company level from Settings > Integrations. For WhatsApp, users simply message the Ventus Prime number and link their account — no admin setup required.
How It Works
1. Connect the Platform (Admin)
An administrator connects the platform to your Ventus Prime organization from Settings > Integrations. This is a one-time setup per platform.
2. Add a Channel to the Teammate
From the teammate detail page, add one or more channels. Each channel is configured with:

| Channel / Conversation | The specific channel, group, or DM where the teammate will respond |
| Knowledge Bases | Which knowledge bases the teammate should reference in this channel |

- WhatsApp Integration Guide — Message the Ventus Prime WhatsApp number and link your account
You can connect multiple platforms simultaneously. A single teammate can operate across Slack, Teams, and WhatsApp at the same time.
