Overview

This guide walks you through the full setup process to integrate Ventus AI with Microsoft Teams. Once configured, you can mention @Ventus Prime in any standard Teams channel to interact with your AI teammate.

What you'll set up

1. Connect Microsoft Teams to your Ventus Prime account
2. Create a Knowledge Base and upload documents your AI teammate can reference
3. Create a Teammate and assign knowledge bases to it
4. Use Ventus in Teams by mentioning @Ventus Prime in channels

Prerequisites

• A Ventus Prime account at prime.ventus.ai
• Admin access to your Microsoft Teams tenant (organization) to install the Ventus Prime app
