Get up and running with Ventus AI in minutes.
Overview
Welcome to Ventus AI. This guide walks you through the initial setup to get your first AI teammate up and running.
Ventus deploys intelligent AI teammates that work inside your communication channels — Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp. They answer questions from your organization's documents, connect to external systems for real-time data, and automate workflows. Ventus is HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified.
Quick Start
Getting started takes four steps:
1. Sign In
Log in to your Ventus Prime account at prime.ventus.ai. If you don't have an account, contact your administrator or reach out to contact@ventus.ai.
2. Create a Teammate
Navigate to Hire Teammate and configure your first AI teammate with a name, description, and persona.

3. Add Knowledge
Give your teammate something to reference by creating a knowledge base and uploading documents or connecting Google Drive.

4. Invite Your Team
Invite team members so they can interact with the AI teammate in your communication channels.

5. Connect a Channel
Deploy your teammate to the communication platform your team uses:
