Set Up a Knowledge Base

Create a knowledge base and upload documents for your AI teammate to reference.

Step 1: Open Knowledge Bases

You can either create a new Knowledge Base or reuse an existing one.

Upload any documents to your knowledge base. These documents will be used by your AI teammate to answer questions.

For example, uploading a file into the "Artificial Intelligence" knowledge base:

Create a Teammate

Create an AI teammate and assign knowledge bases to it.
