Set up your organization in Ventus Prime and get your team onboarded.
Overview
This guide is for organization administrators who are setting up Ventus Prime for their team. It covers receiving your admin account, inviting team members, assigning roles, and getting everyone connected.
Your Admin Account
Your organization's admin account is provisioned by the Ventus team. You will receive an email with instructions to set your password and log in at prime.ventus.ai.
Once logged in, you have full access to configure your organization:
- Create and manage AI teammates
- Set up knowledge bases
- Connect communication platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp)
- Invite team members and assign roles
Admin Setup Checklist

What Happens After You Invite Someone
- The invited person receives an email with a link to set up their password
- They create their account and log in to Ventus Prime
- They connect their communication account (Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp) by messaging the bot for the first time
- The AI teammate recognizes them and responds using the configured knowledge bases
The invitation link expires after 24 hours. You can resend it at any time from Settings > Team Members.
