Days in A/R

84%shorter

At a 100+ office DSO, over five months on Ventus.

Claims are coded, checked against each payer’s rules and sent the same day. Every open claim is checked with every payer every morning, and a pended or denied claim is fixed and resubmitted.

Before you decide

Which systems does Ventus work with?

Ventus writes back into Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Enterprise, Open Dental and Denticon, as well as ModMed. It works through the system’s interface, so writeback does not require a vendor API. What is written back is configured for each customer.

Can we start with one step?

Yes. Start with the step that costs your team the most time. The steps you add later use the same payer data, so each one benefits from what the others have already learned.

What does my team still do?

Your team handles the exceptions, patients and appeals. The agents take the portal, phone and paperwork across every office and show the proof behind every answer.

How long does a multi-location rollout take?

Plan for about a month, with one central setup for the group. Your group provides written authorization, business associate agreements and practice-owned payer credentials where required. A payer not yet covered goes live in about a week.

How is Ventus priced?

Contact sales for pricing. Start with the volume and staff time behind each step, then compare the work removed and the work that remains alongside the proposed fees.
